Referral

You invite each client from your dashboard. They set up and pay VinoyOS directly, and you earn 30% of the subscription payments they make for as long as they stay subscribed.

  • Paid monthly on money we have collected, net of refunds.
  • Credit top-ups and disputed payments are not counted.
  • The percentage is set by VinoyOS and shown to you in your dashboard.

Wholesale

You buy each client slot from us at 70% of list price and bill your client whatever you choose. You own the billing relationship.

  • One subscription per client slot, paid by you, with that plan’s credits.
  • Slots paid this way are not part of the referral share.
  • Calls always carry the AI and recording notice. Branding cannot remove it.

What to know before you apply

  • Your clients see your logo, colors and name on their setup page. The product itself still carries the VinoyOS name.
  • Texting customers and a Shopify integration are not available yet. We will say so when you ask rather than promise dates.
  • Partner terms are set out in a short agreement we send when you apply. We never guarantee client results, and we ask you not to either.
