Your contacts, conversations, bookings and business details belong to you. We never sell them, and your customers' conversations are not used to build public AI models.
Your AI practices against simulated customer scenarios, and we add general industry knowledge, like how a type of job works, what information a caller usually needs to give, and rules that apply to an industry. That knowledge is reviewed and shared across businesses in the same industry so every AI employee starts out better informed. Your own prices, hours, services and policies are only ever learned from you.
Only general industry knowledge is shared. If we ever learn general patterns from calls, names, phone numbers, emails and addresses are removed first, anything that still looks personal is thrown away, and nothing points back to the business it came from. Your contacts, messages, recordings, prices, hours and other business details are never shared with other businesses.
Download your contacts (CSV) or everything we hold for your business (JSON) any time from Billing settings in your dashboard. It stays available whether or not you ever cancel.
You can see and correct your data in your dashboard. You can start deletion yourself from your dashboard settings (with a short window to undo), or email ops@nozudigitaltechnologies.com. After you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it.
