2. What Data We Collect

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Business information (business name, address, services, hours)
  • Conversation logs (call recordings and transcripts, SMS messages, web-chat messages). Calls are announced as AI-assisted, and callers are told at the start that the call is recorded and transcribed
  • Usage analytics (page views, feature usage within your dashboard)
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To train and operate your AI employee — customized to your business only
  • To improve the quality of AI responses for your account
  • To provide performance reporting and analytics in your dashboard
  • To communicate service updates, billing, and support

Your business's private information (your prices, hours, services, customers and the content of your calls) is not shared with other businesses. Your data is never sold, and your calls and customer details are never used to train public AI models. We may learn general, industry-level knowledge (for example how a type of job works or which questions are common) with personal information removed, and use it to improve the service for all businesses.

4. SMS / TCPA Compliance

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from VinoyOS (or from a business using VinoyOS), you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt-in: Explicit opt-in is required before any SMS is sent
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply

All categories of data collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After you cancel we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export it, then delete it, apart from records we must keep for tax, billing or legal reasons. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Right to Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing ops@nozudigitaltechnologies.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

We use trusted service providers to run VinoyOS, in these categories: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, telephony and messaging, voice and AI language models, email delivery, booking, and analytics and error monitoring.
