  • Conversation logs (voice transcripts, SMS messages, web-chat messages)

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To train and operate your AI employee — customized to your business only
  • To improve the quality of AI responses for your account
  • To provide performance reporting and analytics in your dashboard
  • To communicate service updates, billing, and support

Your data is never shared with other businesses. Your data is never sold. Your conversation data never trains public AI models.

4. SMS / TCPA Compliance

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from VinoyOS (or from a business using VinoyOS), you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt-in: Explicit opt-in is required before any SMS is sent
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply

All categories of data collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are automatically archived. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Upon account cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Right to Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing ops@nozudigitaltechnologies.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and voice AI infrastructure (voice). Each provider maintains their own privacy policies and security certifications.
